Personally Identifiable Information (PII) is only retained for as long as it is needed for educational purposes. It is the responsibility of the Teacher and/or school district (if applicable) to remove students from the system when they are no longer enrolled in a class using EduBolt.

For students under 18, parents are allowed to review and/or delete the PII that is collected from their children; to do so, contact your student's teacher and request access to and/or the remove of PII from within EduBolt. For students 18 and over, you may ask your teacher to remove your information from within EduBolt.


Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) Compliance

We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA, We do not collect any personal information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.
